Everything you need to enjoy your time at Align

Please take a moment to read through the information on this page prior to your visit at Align Injectable Aesthetics.

In order to ensure you enjoy your time with us, we ask that you adhere to the policies and procedures we’ve detailed here.

TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT ALIGN:

Everyone wanting to book an appointment at Align is required to pay a $100 (NON-REFUNDABLE) deposit, over the phone at the time of booking in order to set an appointment. PLEASE NOTE: your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and it is not recommended you set an appointment unless you are sure you can make it to that appointment, because you will not get your $100 deposit back. NO EXCEPTIONS.

When you come in for treatment, your $100 deposit will be applied to your invoice at checkout.

If you are unwilling to pay a Deposit, we will not be able to schedule your visit. 

If you do not have a credit/debit card, you can bring a cash payment to our office. Your appointment is not reserved until your Deposit is received.

When you come in on the day of your consultation/appointment, if you decide you do not want same-day treatment, this $100 deposit  will be converted into a Consultation Fee to pay for the Nurse Practitioner’s time and consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced with NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must give us a Minimum of 72 hours notice in order to prevent being charged a late cancellation/reschedule fee of $100 on top of your non-refundable Deposit. Furthermore you will be required to pay an additional deposit in order to get back on the schedule.

Promotional Pricing

Pomotional values are only valid during the month and/or timeframe the promotion is running. Monthly promotions can not be combined with any other promotion or discount offer and must be paid in cash. 

No Show Policy

If you are a no-show to your appointment, the credit card you used to pay your Reservation Fee will also be charged a $100 No Show Fee, on top of the $100 Deposit.

New Clients – You will not be able to book another appointment with Align for 1 year if you No-Show to your first appointment at Align.

Additional Information

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and we have another patient booked after you, you’ll be subject to our no-show fee and your appointment will be rescheduled for the next available opening.

Children

Children are not permitted in the treatment room and they can not be left unattended in my waiting area. If you must bring your child to your appointment, another adult must be present to watch them.

Refunds

There are no refunds on services performed. All sales are final.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Health

Because we work so closely with patients, please reschedule if you’re feeling sick or have been diagnosed with something, especially if it’s something contagious.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit/debit card, & Cherry.  We do not accept Care Credit. 

Failure to Pay

Failure to pay for your services will result in a legal report of theft as well as possible news coverage.  Furthermore, you will also be turned into collections and interest will be applied to what you owe.  Furthermore, you will be reported to all other medspas in town. And lastly, you will no longer be able to book appointments at Align.
